dont have the flu jab its gives you flu!! - I refuse it every year since i've been 16 and I've never been as ill as I was when I had it

Actually my experience is the opposite...after a couple of years I suddenly stopped getting any bad bouts ( I get the odd sniffle but it always passes quickly). I noticed a really big improvement & have had it since 1998.....I won`t be without it now ( I have lung problem so can`t afford to take any risks). Guess everyones different though.

I have COPD and because i'm on home nebuliserss my GP says I have to have it and they phone me hound me the lot and I just say NO!!!!!!!!!
