haha don't worry too much Angie they are looking at the house not how tidy it is (but I know you are like me and like it all nice!) I got a viewing tomorrow night - they want to see the hosue in the dark !!!!!!! Won't be able to see much!!! haha

I now how stupid -I should be feeling relaxed and ready to go... all i feel is ready to go to bed hahaha.

The thing is my "lane" is unadopted - ie the council don't look after it - so we have not pavement or proper road and NO street lights and my light over my door the bulb has gone................:eek: and we have steep stairs up to the house......... and they are def not going to go out to the garden - as I obv clear up the little madame's do dos but if she has sneaked out I can just imagine them looking in the dark and dragging some muck in.

Wouldn't you look at a house in daylight first then if you liked come back after dark??????????

I know Loo, and considering its a 'possession valuation' I really need it to be valued low but I still want to present it in the best way I would be sooo embarrassed to show someone round a messy house :eek:

Thanks Loo, I will. They are coming mid morning, but I doubt they will give much away! I must point out the structural work that needs doing. Thats under a regularisation application, so I would think that should be costed into the value?
