Hola all
Does anyone know if a "slow roasting" joint cooks in the same way as a normal joint - just realised my beef was slow roasting?? and I only got a coupleof hours to cook it so was just going to roast it as normalThe worst cliques are those which consist of one man ~ George Bernard Shaw

Not too sure, I think when the joint is slow roast, it probably needs that bit longer cooking on a lower heat so its more tender. But maybe just baste it a few times while its cooking and serve with lots gravy !!
