Oooh seeing that water how did the sound effect go did it help you sleep??

it's a good cd thanks...i didn't actually doze off with it on (think i like it too loud to block everything out! crashing waves rather than gentle splashing waves!) but it did block out the idiot neighbours and i relaxed :T

im must admit im very proud of myself as i did my BB as well

normally i wasn't allowed to do these things as that was my ex's job! - he didnt think I would understand what to do
