    im doing well this well i really want to loose 2.5lb or more then i've lost half a stone

    i'm alright hun thanks. didn't go shopping though, i am searching the cupboards for anything tasty...no joy!!:o i'll have to go tomorrow to that place that sells food :eek:

    No crisp in the houes, i have had a bag of quavers today but no much in them!

    I've had no chocolate for almost 3 weeks excpet for a low fat awful choclote moose the other day
