    i was on a high before :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
    diet starts tuesday so today
    Breakfast - Cheese cake
    Dinner - fish fingures and chips
    afternoon snack - milky bar buttons & skittles
    now lesagne and crusty bread :D
    Total Weight Loss - 28lb and counting
