1) Plan, Plan and preplan again.
2) Keep a money diary.
3) Peruse this site and other frugal sites for fab tips.
4) Always wear your Money saving head - before you bin it can you...recycle, mend, make do, alter, give away or send it to a charity shop?
5) Teach your children the value of money. Make them earn what you give them, dont buy flashy clothes and designer labels (keep them as Christmas/Birthday treats, spend more time with your children following free family pursuits (board games, nature walks, quizzes, family decorating & painting etc)
If you teach them well - they will never need to be on a wannabe debt free forum!0 -
