Differences between Experian and Equifax reports

Equifax shows my Virgin Media account correctly, Experian has no record of it (a bit annoying as it's always been kept up to date).
Experian shows my address history correctly, Equifax thinks I rose out of the ether three years ago.
Experian knows I'm on the electoral roll, Equifax doesn't.
Is this normal, and if not what's the best way to go about getting all the information on both of them?

There can be differences, particularly because not all creditors post data to all three agencies. If there are discrepancies with your report from another CRA I'm sure they'll put this right if you get in touch and let them know. You certainly want to be showing on the electoral roll at your address with all three CRAs because creditors use this to confirm your name and address.

Thanks James. Would it be better to contact Experian or Virgin to get the two talking?0

I suggest you ask Virgin why they are not providing data to Experian at the moment.“Official Company Representative

Reporting to the credit reference agencies is optional. They can report from 0 to all 3 off them.
Here is a rough guide of who reports to who. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2419785Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
