Ok its taking me some time to get my head around this, and I apologise in avance if this is a REALLY stupid question.
I'm going to do a DMP to sort myself out (had advice from national debtline)
I am confused filling in SOA in so much as the total debt which I cannot manage is in my name only.
As my partner is in no way liable for any of this debt, (I already had some of this debt when we met) would my creditiors expect his income to be taken into account when I make an offer of payment?
Also do I have to supply copies of bank statements to my creditors when I go to them with a financial statement?
Thanks in advance

If you are doing a DMP then I would suggest that you should include your income and not your OH. You should include your part of the bills as your outgoings. If you post it on here for people to advise where you can cut back it would be useful to explain what parts are partially funded by your OH.
National debtline should be able to advise you on this as well. I would not expect that you have to provide bank statements, but an income and expenditure sheet is reasonable.0
