Union Jack hats/flags

Does anyone know of any high street shops selling union jack hats (any kind really) and flags? Not the massive ones, the smallish ones on sticks that you wave

I've seen a few online shops that sell the jester type hats but would rather pay a bit less if poss.

Thanks rosewhite, i might consider the hats, i'm looking for fabric flags though, these ones are plastic and possibly too small to wave around, i'm not sure. Thanks for taking the trouble to post the links
