following the huge success of the World Cup league we ran here for moneysaving experts (riz_uk won with his team Rafa's_Flops ):money:


Well we have started a 2010/11 fantasy league for British Movie enthusiasts across the World

( just a bit of fun and at the same time showing support for the british movie industry which is under threat )

anyways its FREE to join and play ( same easy to use format as before in the world cup )

Well thats 6 teams so far !! :j

its all a bit of fun , and there is still time to get onboard
player selection is straight forward ( goal keeper , 4 defenders , 3 midfield , 3 strikers )

You have no budget to worry about, but you are only permitted to pick a maximum of 1 player from any Premier League team.

ie, if you select say "Wayne Rooney" you are unable to select any more players from Man United etc

this concept is much more fun than the standard fantasy league of having a set budget.


deadline for registering is tomorrow at 12.30 BST :money:

teams are then locked until a brief transfer window ( 19th August - 2nd September where you can change upto 3 players ) next transfer window is in window is Jan 2011 .

2nd week update league tables



don't forget you can still make upto 3 transfers the window closes again on sep 2nd when teams will be frozen until jan 2011

by the way anyone can still join in and form a team its a fun tourny and theres still time to make up lost ground :rolleyes:

also the 2nd round of the league cup ( tonight and the next two nights ) points are awarded
for these matches ,where players you have selected are involved etc.
