googling your name

Hi All,I have been reading through the i won posts and i noticed some of you found out you won by googling your name.I was wondering do you litterally just type in your name and go through anything that comes up or do you put in something more specific

I trype in "My Name"+winners or "My Name"+Congratulations

and Anything competition related like that

Always helps to put your actual name in quotes, ie "Joe Bloggs" so it looks for that exact phrase. I do mine and type 'winner' at the end and sometimes 'competition' too. Don't forget sometimes it might just list 'Mr Bloggs of London won last month's competition' so you're not going to get them all. Just use your own judgement and try a few variations and you might be lucky and find something - although most will actually contact you by email or phone. You're never going to find them all as you won't know the wording they've used, but if you have an unusual surname, you obviously stand a better chance. 'John Smith' ain't got a hope in hell!
