CSA Info over the phone

Hi
ex wife is taking me to the csa after she got our consent order revoked after being happy with it for the last 9 years.
So she tells me they will be ringing me in the next few days
My question is - should i give them all the info over the phone or should i ask them to send me the forms so at least i can have a copy of everything i write, iykwim
I am new to this csa stuff and i shake everytime i think about it.
Thankfully i only have a couple of years left as my daughters are going to do A'Levels then going to uni. So as i understand it i should stop paying when they finish A'Levels.
what is the opinion
Thanks in advance

It is up to you but start putting away money from the time they make first contact.
CSA tend to be slow and cumbersome but still backdate payments from that time.
If you only have two daughters, no step children living with you and don't have them over for nights on a regular basis then budget 20% of your net pay.
Good luck0 -
And ideally, get everything and put everything in writing and keep a copy. You can get three different stories from them all on the same day. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

Thanks for the replies
my partner(how i live with now) and i have a baby (3) together.
I think i will give them my address and then ask them to send me forms in the post, That way i can copy everything before sending.
We are going to struggle as my partner cant work due to illness and has been on IB for the last 8 years. Soit will be hard but i supose 2 years will go by quick.
I dont begrudge paying for my children as i have always given them everything they want but the csa taking that much out of my wages is going to cripple us.
Thanks for the help and advice0 -
As you have a child living in the same household as you, the first 15% of your income will be disregarded. It will then be 20% of your wages and tax credits. This is assuming that you earn more than £200 a week (the formula is slightly different if you earn below this). Your partner's IB should not be taken into account.0
