This is my first every message on this forum.....eek!

Have been reading this forum for the last few weeks and have been inspired to complain to companies when I am unhappy with their products (usually I just moan to everyone I know about them) and to compliment companies when I like their products - so far has been very fruitful.

Today...

I got £4 voucher from Tropicana (I complained about some orange juice I had that was disgusting - tasted off!)

£10 reimbursement for a load of Garnier deodorants (their mineral invsi range.). I had loved the deodorant and bought 10 in a sale at boots only to discover weeks later that the deodorant caused problems. I wasn't expecting any money back, but contacted them to tell them that the deodorant always caused a lump under my arm when I used them. I thought I should let them know in case they get a lot of people complaining of this. They asked me to phone them which I did and talked to a guy for about 10 minutes (filling out a medical form) and then he said he would put £10 in my account which was a lovely surprise.

£5 of kettle chips vouchers for a complaint about a packet I had with a load of green crisps which tasted nasty.

That was the complaints...compliments wise today I got...

£4 from Andrex toilet paper

The promise of some Twinings tea samples - I got a free one in the post which was cranberry and something - loved it and ended up buying a packet. Contacted them to say I had done this and could they send me some individual samples of the rest of the fruit infusions range so I could try them before I buy.


Not a bad day at all - slightly tarnished when I discovered that someone has managed to take £79 from my paypal account without it being authorised by me (some 123.reg something or other - have never heard or had anything to do with them) opened a dispute on paypal - hopefully that will be sorted!

Anyway, hope I have managed to get this post up properly - sorry if I haven't!

today i recieved £5 worth of p&g vouchers from tampax after a complaint.
I also recieved x5 £1off vouchers from de.oetker after i mailed them about a problem i had with their black food colouring. This would have been great if the vouchers date wasnt 31-12-2011!!... I have mailed them asking about the date issue, do you think this is cheeky? they were only 1 voucher per transaction so wouldnt have spent them all at once.
