    I know what you mean thought it was great. After I'd completed survey they wanted unit and contents back I said I couldn't as I'd got rid of packaging which I had. I've never been asked to return anything before so I'll bear this in mind for the future.

    It doesn't mention this in the info sheet though :s

    I haven't binned the packaging but it's gone to my chinchillas so it's as good as gone.

    I think they meant the plastic bottle itself, as they said they would send packaging to send it back in. Haven't received it yet though.
