    It's really annoying, you'd think the postie would want to get rid of parcels, not carry them around with him ...

    A lovely boxed pen that should have arrived weeks ago with my The Week subscription. I'm glad I mentioned there was a problem, they dealt with it very efficiently.

    I've had free gifts from subscriptions not arrive in the past, and when I complained the reaction was 'Oh dear, that's a shame.' Yes it was and I still didn't get my gift!

    So I was really happy to get the pen.

    Also picked up a granary bloomer Hovis Homebake with voucher I printed. A really nice freeble!

    My postman...who is really nice....told me that some of them don't even take the parcels/packages out with them, just shove those cards through the door saying you have something to collect!!! Lazy sods!!!
