Just checked the envelope and wasn't any holes or anyway it could have fallen out, how strange! I have contacted them and they have said that they will send me another one, so yeah I still get to try it. Have you tried yours yet?

I'm not sure if this was the one where I had to email them and ask for samples of aftershave (after seeing someone post it on here) but emailing them direct might work

Yup, i've tried it and it made my skin feel ever so soft, has a slightly 'sharp' berry scent

Also got a Loreal Men Expert sample case with the sample missing and a note from Royal Mail saying it had fallen out
