What Freebies Have You Received Today?

I got a 50ml tube of Dove Conditioner, however it had been damaged and had leaked everywhere, so when I finally cleaned it up, there was basically nothing in the tube. Not happy at all. Does anyone know how to complain to Royal Mail and whether they have an email address?

Tube of Dove conditioner for me, too. Had forgotten all about this, so it was a nice surprise :j

I have a feeling that there are other things that have never reached me, tho........

To people asking about the Burberry perfume, the bottle is initially packed into a plain envelope but is then actually attached to a Burberry piece of packaging, and then the bottle itself is actually inside a small beige box which says Burberry down the side. I've chucked away all the packaging and just kept the small box, that way you can easily give it away as a gift (although mine is all for me
