I'm inclined to agree with you Happy Shopper - tho as Flickering knows from my other posts I have had a recorded delivery never reach me sent in April. a signed hardback book sent to me end of June not reach me and 3 letters open with contents missing in the last week...have been in almost daily contact with RM over the last few months and have had little more than brushoffs or noises made by them as gestures and no reall serious investigation..:mad:
