    Did anyone else sign up to the NHS Choices summer campaign?

    I have signed up to all 4 categories (Lose Weight, Healthy Eating, Start Running, Get Fit) and am looking forward to the weekly tips coming through for the next 2 months starting next week. (and for my free gym pass!)

    If there are a few people that have joined, I have set up a new thread where we can discuss the tips, and help keep each other motivated and update on progress through them.

    PS - today I have got a 50p off Flora coupon from our coupon box at work! what a great idea! You put coupons not relevant to you so someone else can use it, and you take ones that are helpful for you! :A
