Yes i recieved one over a week ago, It was a email that was send about the first 500 or 100 i think? get to test that mascara. I also got a follow up survey about it to and if you do the follow up survey they will send a free lipgloss!

Oh, that must have been SO frustrating! Have you thought about using a BACS payment instead of a cheque from Synovate? They do warn you that cheques take ages, and although the BACS are still quite slow (between 2 and 4 weeks) they're definitely quicker than cheques.

I got this email too and never recieved the mascara! I've had other things off them too. I sent an email saying I hadn't recieved it but maybe it will turn up still?

Drinkaware measuring cup (up to half a pint), an Eon TV power down plug and a phone call from a local hairdresser confirming a free cut and blow for me and my mum! I'm taking her as a freebie "treat" on Thursday!!! She thinks this site's great - I apply for everything I apply for myself to be sent to her house, plus I won a big bouquet of flowers for her too just before Christmas!
