got mine today, poorly packaged, completely smashed up when i opened the box even just opening it(carefully) i sliced my finger open and got a load of splinters in my finger, apparently the postie that delivered it went mad as there wasnt even a fragile sticker on it!

i only opened it as i been waiting for other things that would rattle in the box! wish i hadnt bothered now v v v disappointed:(

Is it really wise to sell your name, full address and phone number to a company for a £1 small glass?

What do they(San Miguel or whoever is selling San Miguel glasses) get out of it? What does a glass and postage cost them?

Anyone that wants a glass has already heard of San Miguel so it's not even advertising really, the only people that will see the item are guests in that house(maybe).

So with cost and postage and admin they likely make nothing.

Do they pass info on? sell your details to other firms? Did you have an option to say no or opt out?

Good point gh123, but you could say that about any freebie, up to the individual if they take part or not.
