I think that sounds incredible! Not a biker but my car is important to me! Nobody can be mean to Fred! We having some ribbon on the car - could you do the same with the bike somehow! Would love to see photo's!
  • Thanks guys :)

OH is home from work and likes the idea so it might be a goer :D

No date yet - its on the list, at the moment we are still just talking about everything and hashing out what we want so that we can work out a budget and then start arranging things i guess.

A ribbon on the bike would be a fab idea, but im not sure where it would go without being dangerous ... i will have to think about that one :)

That's what I couldn't work up but I have just settled down with a glass of wine! You have time to work it out! You could always put it on the OH!

Maybe we could fashion something to go on the handlebars

this is the type of bike (although ours is a bit of a work horse so not quite as shiny)

I'm sure you will think of something! I have asked the photographer if we can have some pics of fred (12 yr old fiesta) and us he laughed and said people usually want their posh cars! :) He is posh!

Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.
  • Can I come to your wedding? It sounds like so much fun and so refreshing!

Wow, thank you for the offer :) at the moment everything is so up in the air we know nothing, OH said last night that all of the ideas we have will probably change a million times

Do you know anyone who has got married at the registry office?

Hehe, thank you :) We really want the day to be about us and the future together so i guess we are making some things slightly unusual :D
  • Well guys, All the plans are still in my head but OH and i had a chat last night and the wedding plans are on hold for a while.

We have a few things that have to be done around the house before we can consider marriage (and before we can stump up the cash to get my divorce done)

So, there are other priorities which mean any thoughts of a date are far, far away so im not going to torture myself with plans and will instead think about how exciting it will be looking at new roofing tiles ................

Hope all of your weddings are wonderful and exactly as you want them :)

Sorry to hear you're going to have to put things on hold for a little while. Make sure you keep us all updated when you're able to get back into planning again.

And definitely make sure we get to see photos of your wedding - we have to see the 'motorbike shot'!! :rotfl:

A good few of us will be around for the long haul on this forum - I'll be here for at least two years!

    :)
