Hi all,
I've made the decision to leave my fee paying DMP (have suddenly realised just when I needed their help how useless they are!) and manage it myself.
I need to contact each creditor to get their account details so I can set up a standing order to them but not sure which addresses to use.
So can anyone give me postal addresses for the following in order to set up my payments:
Lloyds TSB - Loan, credit card and OD (not sure if these would be same address or seperate?)
Barclaycard
Egg - think this is with egg collections
Many thanks
Flossie

Flossie I am sure that someone will be on here before me - but I do have the one for Egg - but "my bag of life" is at home, if no one else replies I will have it for you tomorrow.
Do you have any old statements? or letters that might have the other addresses on them?

Thanks all,
Unfortunately I don't have the addresses as have to send all my correspondance off to my DMP people and all these accounts were opened in 2003 or thereabouts so ahven't kept the original stuff!
Hopefully it will find it's way to the right department
winner12 - will that address cover all LLoyds accounts do you think??
Thanks again0 -
Oh just wanted to add I wasn't being lazy and not looking myself but each creditor seems to have loads of different addresses and I wasn't sure which to use for this situation!!0

Flossie,
Funnily enough just had a letter (declining my F&F unfortunately ) from Barclaycard collections,
Their postal address is
Barclaycard, PO Box 5402, Northampton, NN4 1ZR
and Zara Richards is the Collections Manager.
When I sent my Lloyds o'draft and loan full and finals off I sent them to the collections team:

just to make sure I had aa response. I did from BLS collections (LLoyds in house debt team).

For my LLoyds Credit Card I wrote to :

Thanks pot5y - that's really helpful.
Sorry your F and F got refused, If you don't mind me asking when did you send it off (I sent one to Barclay card offering 40% about 10 days ago but no response yet) and what % did you offer?
Oh and in post today (only just opened it) it appears Barclaycard have handed my account to mercer (I think this is there in-house team - again 3 years after dmp started!) so should I copy them in too? Maybe worth sending the F and F offer to them as well do you think?
Thanks0 -
They have taken about two weeks to get back to me.
I would certainly send Mercers a copy of your DMP proposal and full and final offer... nothing to lose there.
I went in at 40% too. Ahh well they will just have to stick with my DMP payment for a month or two now. Then I will go back at 40% again see if they realise that is all they are going to get out of me
