    You may not be considering bankruptcy but you said in your OP you want to "pay the absolute minimum you can get away with". DFW's tend to want to pay a fair and reasonable amount to clear debts in a reasonable timeframe whilst trying to avoid additional charges being added to the debt such as interest. BR's tend to want to pay nothing as it's all written off anyway.

    Exactly Happy, this is why I asked if he was basing an SOA on employment income. If it's unemployed income then £5pm per creditor is a reasonable amount, but no one will accept that on employed income, unless it's a very low wage.
