You may not be considering bankruptcy but you said in your OP you want to "pay the absolute minimum you can get away with". DFW's tend to want to pay a fair and reasonable amount to clear debts in a reasonable timeframe whilst trying to avoid additional charges being added to the debt such as interest. BR's tend to want to pay nothing as it's all written off anyway.:footie:

Exactly Happy, this is why I asked if he was basing an SOA on employment income. If it's unemployed income then £5pm per creditor is a reasonable amount, but no one will accept that on employed income, unless it's a very low wage.0
