    What negatives are there, because I'm on the phone to someone who is telling me to be very careful of those companies.

    Is this someone explaining why something they recommend is a better option by any chance?

    Yes. He was a complete con-artist. As soon as he spoke about me paying him to sort out my bankruptcy I lost interest.
