well just got back from court and the judge has revoked the consent order my ex wife and i had about child matinence payments.
She want to take me to the CSA and has now got her wish.
My 2 daughters are now 16 and are going to be starting A'Levels in sept.
How long do i have to pay mantinence for.
What about payments if the go to universaty
what if they go to collage.
Also should i now stop paying her the consent order agreed payments and wait to hear from the CSA, as there is no longer an agreement.
Any advice please

Expect to pay for another 3yrs then (19th birthday ) at up to 20% net salary .
If the consent order is now definately revoked then I suppose you could stop paying in prep for the csa payments, do check though as you don't want to be in contempt of court.0 -
