Do yourselves a favoir and avoid this horrible character.

4 years ago I made the mistake of giving my private details, he was giving out free CDs.

They were the usual Get Rich Quick nonesense. Lots of encourgement to do his expensive courses.

Since then I've been flooded with junk mail by email, phone and post.

I hve contacted them 20 times to get off their junk mail lists but no luck.

They don't have a telephone number that's answered, or a fax number. There is only an email address, which they don't reply from unless you're sending them money.

So many people are suckered in by these con merchants and hand over good money to get business advice only to find themselves thousands of pounds poorer and a little wiser.

Do yourselves a favour and stay away.

  • .. to be removed from Mr. Cardell's mailing lists, after 12 months of asking and being told I would be removed, I got tired of being lied to and decided to do something about it.

With some legal advice, I contacted Mr. Cardell advising that I had already asked many times to be removed from mailing lists but continued to receive mailings, even though his 'staff' had promised I would be removed.

From the beginning of April, I advised that I would charge for my time in opening, reading and disposing of any correspondence whether it be electronic, voice mail or paper mail, invoicing him at the end of the month, the amount was £1 plus VAT per item, I offered no credit, payment by return and I would chase up overdue payments through the small claims court.

I sent an email and a paper copy to his London address by recorded mail indicating that no reply indicated acceptance of these terms, however I also advised that the charges could be avoided by ceasing any further mailings.

I received an email confirming I would receive no further correspondence and I did actually receive one letter subsequently but I'll give Mr Cardell the benefit of the doubt that it was perhaps sent just before my letter/email, I've received nothing else since, however the contract is still in place and if I receive any further unwanted correspondence I will not hesitate to chase him up for outstanding charges.

Mr Cardell is a clever marketeer, he got me with the newspaper cutting, signed by what I thought was a friend of mine and I might have considered participating in his entrepreneur schemes but his policy of having no telephone number to speak to him or his staff, not responding to emails or simply lying to me in the correspondence I have received does not mark his business out as particularly ethical or genuine so sadly he won't get any of my hard earned, I'd rather spend my money with people I can communicate with directly.

Good luck with your own correspondence.
