Morning people :hello:

Well I did warn you! Today's challenge is all about one:

Tell me one of your good points
Tell me one of your 'development' points
Clear one thing off your to do list that has been there for aaaaaaaaages
Do one thing for you and just for you
Put 1p extra onto a debt payment today
Dance like a lunatic to one song or anything else that doesn't fail to make you feel good
List one ebay item or throw away/charity bag one item

Not so bad today right?

Tell me one of your good points

    I'm a fantastic mother :D

Tell me one of your 'development' points

I need to take more time to listen to what I'm being told and not just hear what I want to hear.

Clear one thing off your to do list that has been there for aaaaaaaaages

I shall degunk the washing powder drawer on the washing machine.

Do one thing for you and just for you

I shall buy some yummy bubbley bath and treat myself to a soak before I go out this evening.

Put 1p extra onto a debt payment today

    Done

Dance like a lunatic to one song or anything else that doesn't fail to make you feel good

The dizzyness prevents the dancing like a loon but I shall put some feel good music on whilst I drag a duster around.

List one ebay item or throw away/charity bag one item

3 books to go to the chairty shop, will drop them in when I go out later.

    Morning all

It's our 10 year anniversary today (from the day we were first in contact)...it's been one hell of an emotional rollercoaster for the most part what with ex's, divorce, long distance relationships, kids, fertility treatment, accidents, house selling and debt...but we're still together, still happy and still very much looking forward to the future.

Off out for dinner tonight, just a local chain pub (best disabled access around)...I'm very much looking forward to it.

Lots of jobs need doing in town but I'm still really dizzy this morning (and my chest is very tight still) so I shall catch the bus rather than try and walk it.

£1 is even better - just wanted to make it doable for everyone!

There will be a training plan, there will be weekly progress checks on Skype including a weigh in, there will be food suggestions and there will be fun x

  • Right, now I need to go iron clothes for the kids and I for our lunch date today and wrap parcels to go in the post for Cambridge clients. Then I need to shower and get the kids ready as well.

Then post office, then drive to Brum and meet Rikke and Dave and then drop into Aldi on the way home for groceries and then to pick up some homemade cards from a friend for a couple of people. Then make tea for family, then go for a looooong walk...I am sure I am forgetting a few things!

Oh yeah, call JSA and cancel that call Tc and sort that out.
