Hi all
first time on here feedback much appreciated.
took out unsecured loan in 1997 with Mercantile credit [ barclays group ]. Couldn't maintain original payments but always kept up regular payments. Debt sold on to SDF75AG in 2004 two months short of original loan date finish [ 7 year term ].
Intrum Justitia acting as DCA have been paying thru them for past 6years.
last year went thru one of those companies [ratio money ] who try and get debts written off thru CCact 1974. paid them money but then they went and folded, typical !!!
Anyway thought I'd try myself, contacted niddy who directed me to Unenforceability templates. Sent one requesting CCA on 22July, received reply on 26 July, stating that they had requested copy of agreement from barclays but could not supply it. They quoted McGuffick v RBS as there excuse. have looked thru rest of templates for next stage. Best one to send ??
all help much appreciated
