How long to wait for complaint response?

I sent a letter of complaint to the CSA 4 weeks ago - I sent it to the address on my correspondence from them (Crewe office). I have received no reply/acknowledgement whatsoever, how long should I leave it?

Should I send another letter, and if so, to the same address or somewhere different?

    You're better emailing them - it seems to get a response pretty swiftly AND you also have a paper copy of the email being sent (none of 'it must have got lost in the post';))

    Go to the website and there is a section for emailing them about complaints.

    Ok after more than 2 months our most recent complaint hasn't been responded to, if nothing go onto NACSA website they have details of Complaint Resolution Dept, Janis Crook is the contact, send any letters recorded delivery of course, printing off arcode receipt from Royal Mail website

    Been down that route and did get a response. One of her team gave me timescales as mine was a major rant and she delivered. Said she would apply housing costs then backed down as i didn't turn up for an interview (Mmmmm idiots never turned up) complaint away to ice as she has documented this fact. Cant say one thing on the phone and not implement it.
