Just been to see friend with regards his debts and said i would ask o here again as he has no internet access. he has 25 k debt unsecured with barclay,he has defaulted what next will they bankrupt him? other debts amounting to 15k no assest's and he has offered £10pm and asked to freeze interest any new advice? oh he has been told to go bankrupt by cccs since my last post but cant afford it

    Save the £10 per month to go BR.

    Chances of any creditor except HMRC making him BR are almost nonexistant. Cost them about £1500 and they know they will get nothing back.

    Hi Fourcandles,

    As Ras has said, it is very unlikely they'll go for Bankruptcy as they like some possibility they'll get there money back. I owed way more than him and had to pay for the privilege, so he should definately save the £10 and wait for there next move.
    If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
