Just been to see friend with regards his debts and said i would ask o here again as he has no internet access. he has 25 k debt unsecured with barclay,he has defaulted what next will they bankrupt him? other debts amounting to 15k no assest's and he has offered £10pm and asked to freeze interest any new advice? oh he has been told to go bankrupt by cccs since my last post but cant afford it

Save the £10 per month to go BR.
Chances of any creditor except HMRC making him BR are almost nonexistant. Cost them about £1500 and they know they will get nothing back.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

As Ras has said, it is very unlikely they'll go for Bankruptcy as they like some possibility they'll get there money back. I owed way more than him and had to pay for the privilege, so he should definately save the £10 and wait for there next move.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
