Hi Deb, you have come to the right place. Try running a search for 123 debt solutions with the forum search tool. centre right above welcome and last visited. Someone who knows of them will be along soon I'm sure.
Are they a Debt Management Company? A lot of the Folks on here are doing DMP's and IVA's themselves and saving / paying off a lot faster.

Hi debmor,
I've never dealt with them, but believe them to be a debt management company who charge a fee for their service. If it is for a DMP, my advice would be to get out of it as quickly as possible and contact the consumer credit counselling service, payplan or national debtline etc, as these organisations provide essentially the same service but all your money goes towards your debts. If it's not for a DMP, please provide more info.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

I've Just had a fast search, 123 Debt Solutions are mentioned several times. Mainly for charging 15% of your monthly outgoings and taking money from peoples bank accounts without permission.
I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial
Hope this helps, some more info about your question and we may be able to help more.
