My hubby who had a problem with Jd williams, we asked for a cca, etc

We got a telephone, call saying that someone has paid in £85.00 bringing the account down to £53.00, totaling £140 which they said we owed them

we did write to them about the charges, l believe they have looked them found that they made a mistake. etc..

any way l asked them to put it in writing etc.. which means watch this space

The problem is with jd williams when customers send payments the letter and the payment get separated.

So unless you write your account number on the back of the cheque or postal order.

It will just be credited to the suspense account until its claimed.
