Northern Rock SAR

I have just received our SAR from Northern Rock, regarding an unsecured loan that we are now paying back via a DMP. Until now, we have never missed any payments but on the statements there are several £30 charges for "missed payments", all of which were paid, albeit a couple of days late. (We were having issues with our bank at the time.) Are we able to reclaim these late payment fees? I understand that credit card fees were set at a sum no higher than £12, does this also apply to loan fees? I obtained the SAR to sort out our missold PPI but if we could claim some of these fees back too, we could chip away at a bit more of the loan! Thanks in advance :)

ps, If anyone knows of a template letter, that would be really helpful ;)
