I just received mine on Friday though in all honesty I can't remember for the life of me ever claiming for one.

i'd given up all hope of getting it through in the post. I normally know what I've applied for and whats in the post when they arrive on my doormat, but the small brown box through the door today had me bafffled.

When I opened it, lo and behold it was the baileys frother I applied for donkeys years ago....
