I just thought that I would let you all know some exciting news!
I checked my credit file and there was a default showing from Orange from a dispute that went to a collections agency aaagggeeesss ago.
It was all cleared and sorted and I thought that I would write Orange a nice letter, explaining that it had been a big oversight and my husband has an account with them and we have since been good customers.
I asked them nicely if they could see fit to remove the default and they only bloody did!
Got a nice letter back saying that they would take it off and I have checked and it's gone - crazy eh?!:j
