Aye....whoa...knobber alert!!! That's why the phone never gets answered - they have a rota to deal with you!!!!!!:p:rotfl::rotfl:

I've no idea but taking a stab in the dark it's maybe a case where it has come to the attention of the CEO? Restricted access and all that malarkey?

Maybes Kelloggs will have a better idea...in the meantime you can amuse yourself with the shiote postings that will appear with people guessing!!!!:D

Poor Mark....but I just doubled up at the idea that there was a knobber alert system at the CSA! Flashing lights, sirens, just imagine the scene (can't spell ka-oss)!
  • And all.....with a Scottish accent, good one Loopy!

To add to that they will probably transfer my case to an overseas call centre.

I have totally lost it when it comes to some of the imbeciles in the CSA:rotfl:

Loopy Girl, yes they are amusing me with some of the answers

but on a serious note the girl who phoned me did seem to be interested in my complaints for a change...lol

It must have been the cleaner who picked up the phone then!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, just tried for years for our case to be high profile, even got MP and Stephen Lawson heavily involved, hmmmmmmmmmm, to little avail until we got to Appeal (CSA Appeal staff agreed but reluctant to change decision/arrears) and Tribunal totally on our side, so decision changed but after years of grief/heartache/near marriage breakdown, and having to explain to our children why not to answer the door and keep it locked at all times (CSA bailiffs), even though thre alleged debt has now been proven as never owed. We pay CS every month, just CSA calculations a law to themselves (as are their arrears) when inaccurate

Exactly courts aren't even allowed to question CSA how arrears are made up. LO's are usually granted also.

Good luck anyway just ask the person next time she calls you what her remit is and how high up the tree she is.
