1. This Competition is open to all U.K. residents over the age of 16, or those under the age of 16 who have permission from their parent(s) or guardian(s).
2. Entry into the Competition is free.
3. Entry into the Competition is restricted to internet entry only.
4. You will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering the Competition.
5. You can qualify for one entry into the Prize Draw by entering the Competition, achieving a score and submitting it to the Promoter.
6. Only your highest score will be entered into the Competition. Your score will be reset to zero after the iTunes vouchers have been awarded. This Draw which will take place each Friday at 12pm from 13th August until 10th September 2010.
7. The iTunes Prizes are First Prize £25 and Second Prize £15 iTunes vouchers. There will be no cash alternative under any circumstances.9.
8. The iPad Prize Draw winner will win an iPad wi-fi 16GB. There will be no cash alternative under any circumstances.
9. If you refer a friend using our automated system, and they enter the Competition, you will gain one more entry into the iPad Prize Draw. You will gain one entry for each referral. The number of referrals is unlimited.
10. Winners will be notified via email.
11. You must ensure that the email address you provide when you submit a qualifying score is accurate. If the email address supplied to the Promoter is invalid for whatever reason the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize. The Promoter's decision in this matter is final.
12. The winner of the Prize draw will be chosen at random from all entries and will be notified via email.
13. The Prize Draw for the iPad will take place at 12pm on 17th September 2010.
14. The name of the winner of the Prize Draw can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the marketing department of the Promoter.
15. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or relations of the Promoter or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of this competition.
16. You must provide the Promoter with your name, age, town or city and email address to enter the Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to use winners' names and images in marketing / press literature.
17. By taking part in the Prize Draw, you agree that your name and email address may be used to contact you with further information and offers from the Promoter.
