If you are dealing with Red collection for a debt that was originally with Lloyds TSb, to who you send the SAR request, do you send that to Lowell, being them the mother company??
Any clarification into this matter would be really appreciated

I have sent all mine to the orginal creditor, so in this case Lloyds TSB, as they will have all the account history for you. If you just want a cca not a full sar you can send to the debt collector and they will forward it on if they don't have the information themselves. Do you know if the debt company has actually bought the debt from Lloyds or are they just collecting on behalf on them?0

Well I think they bought it from them, not sure.
I will send the sar to lowell, I believe they have a few things on me, it will show about Lloyds I think, will see0
