First plus loan

I have been looking for a loan or mortgage. Have been on MoneySM for comparison. They are showing me a rate of 5.8% ( special moneysm rate) with Firstplus plan 1A, £20,000 over 15 years £165.02 per month, total repayment of £29,704.
So far this is the best I can find although have not taken it further so not sure if it fixed or not or if can pay off early. Seems a good offer, any opinions would be appreciated, thanks in advance for any input.:rolleyes:

Thankyou, have read the links and am grateful for your help, ( am thinking don't make overpayments? ) but then best to stay clear of them, my search goes on. I have a good credit history but my circumstances are not straight forward......so need to do more research, thanks again :cool:0
