I need some ideas of what sort of things I can put into my parents in laws new home hamper.
As you would expect they have most things already. The only thing I can think of so far are B&Q vouchers for paint :rotfl:
Any ideas are welcomed :T

What a lovely idea !
If they plan to decorate and "put their stamp" on their new home perhaps you could include a subscription to an interior magazine such as House Beautiful. Or a nice chic glossy interior design book ?
A fancy doormat for inside their front door, something for the garden such as a bird nesting box, one of those bird feeder things with a bag of sunflower seeds. If they are into gardening what about some packets of seeds or a garden catalogue with vouchers so they can choose a special plant.
A bottle of champagne for their first evening in the new house (with glasses so they don't have to rummage for their own).
If you have time, how about getting them personalised bone china coffee mugs, decorated with with photos of their pets, their old and new houses with the moving date etc. (I did this for family members a couple of Christmases ago and they were appreciated.)

Love the idea about the personalised gift, will have a good rumage to see if I can find some nice pics. :T0 -
How about a couple of decorating magazines, two mugs and two tea bags and a pack of biscuits, for unpacking (once they find the kettle), maybe a frame or candle. A lightbulb (everytime you move into a new house one bulb doesnt work!!!). Paint brushes, maybe some colour cards from b and q for dulux paints, or a paint brochure, or even tester pots. A house plant, a roll of loo roll... ok out of ideas!
