LOL, I doubt 97 less people committing suicide is worth noting as underpinning property sales.
If they were close to committing suicide, it's likely they were not in a financial position to be purchasing properties
I do however note that both the month on month and yoy prices are higher according to the ROSEA

What makes you think that they hadn't purchased properties? Debt and fear of job loss, might have been the problem.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

They might have been in that position, however the OP mentioned that this would underpin the demand. Debt and fear of job losses would hardly constitute in my general opinion to those that are actively in demand.
Even if they were, would 97 additional people warrant enough.
I dont think so
If you look at my latest link, there were 7101 sales in June.
97 represents 1.3% of one month or very roughly speaking about 0.1% of a years sales. Hardly underpinning now is it, even if all of them become active demand:wall:

I wouldn't say it was heartless, but the link you made is irrelevant in my opinion.
If you want to delete because it's not relevant then go ahead.:wall:

Fair play.
Maybe start with not posting irrelevant stuff then. That way your not adding to your irrelevance:wall:
