does anyone have any suggestions of what we could do with these please?
we have two trees in our garden with apples on. they are quite small and pale green. A neighbour has told us they are cider apples.
we do not have a cider press. Is there any other use we can put them to?
we had wheel barrow loads last year and they went on the compost heap.

as a frequent visitor to normandy where they make the most gorgeous cider in the world i`d suggest having a go at making cider!:D if it were me i`d make a press :beer: :beer: but them im just a secret cider alckie (sp):o is there no way of maybe using a liquidiser and then straining the apples??
proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance!
