Hi all.. OK Luc I need a nudge (kick up the &rse more like!)
I will:
1) pay £10 off my overdraft.
2) have an extra 10 mins walk at lunchtime
3) spend 10 mins decluttering my desk
4) do 10 mins work on one of the OpenLearn courses I've been looking at
5) do 10 positive things
