'EOS Solutions' have taken a direct debit from my acc

Good evening all,

I'm hoping you can help...

Just checked my online bank statement and EOS Solutions have taken a 21 pound odd direct debit from my account. I searched google for this company and understand they are a debt recovery company however I have no debt whatsoever.

Is it possible they are recovering money from my partner (although we don't hold a joint account and only I have access to my card) and can they actually do this??

It is baffling as to why this has happened but before I give them a ring in the morning I thought I'd also try you guys.

Any answers appreciated,

Thanks.

    Contact the bank asap.

State you do not recognise the direct debit and have never given permission for it. Get the DD cancelled and DD indemnity form filled in for recovery of the money taken out.

    Hi Nastynas,

Do as DC has said and don't let the bank fob you off. It may be worth trying to find out though how they got your number!

    Good luck in getting sorted
