Going Bankrupt - few questions

  • Thanks Worcsman,

You're right, I'm lucky to be at my parents - they are very, very good to me - and hopefully I'll be able to move on one day - I'm sure their patience will wear thin soon! My brother moved out when he was 29 and I moved back in!!

    Thanks Angiepange,

If I go in today at lunchtime I'm hoping to get account numbers I can give to work for my wages to go in at the end of the month. And then just need to transfer a couple of DDs and hopefully I'll be ok.

Thank you and I'm so glad you're almost at AD! I can't wait to be there - seems like a lot to happen first. x

Thanks. It is daunting and Im sure your mind is working ten to the dozen with it all. I haven't found it easy and my emotions have been all over the place really. But whereas a few months ago I couldnt deal with anything BR related without getting tearful or angry, I am now much more calm and able to deal with it in a better way.

So just hang in there and you will cope even if you have times you feel you can't.

    Angie x
  • Ok, so I need to take the £600 for fees from my bank account - I know I should take more for living expenses - maybe until the end of the month when I will hopefully get paid into my new account. Is this acceptable - I don't want to do anything that will jeopardise my chances of being granted BR.

If I take £1,000 does that seem reasonable? (£600 for charges, £400 for living for the rest of the month)

    Thanks
