Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
3. Entrants under the age of 18 must ask for parent or guardian's permission before entering.
4. Employees of the Toys "R" Us group of companies, their agents and families are excluded from entering the draw.
5. Those professionally associated with the promotion and their families are excluded from entering the draw.
6. Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Toys "R" Us.
7. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of receipt.
8. Toys "R" Us cannot be held responsible for entries lost, delayed or unclear.
9. There will be 1 first prize winner.
   1. Entries must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 10th September 2010. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
   2. The draw will take place after 5.00pm on Friday 10th September 2010. The winner will be notified by email, phone call or letter on or before Friday 23rd September 2010.
   3. The winners will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time. The winner will be contacted by Nickelodeon to inform them that they have won and to arrange the time and date for the trolley dash. The times and dates of the trolley dash must be strictly adhered to.
   4. Should Nickelodeon be unable to contact the winner, or the winner fails to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter, before 5.00pm on Friday 23rd September 2010, another winner will be selected at random.
   5. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by submitting an entry form online at http://www.toysrus.co.uk
   6. The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List ! The Last Airbender, Toys "R" Us ! Ecommerce Department, Geoffrey House, Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead, SL6 4UB between Monday 4th October and Friday 12th November, provided a SAE is enclosed.
10. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission to be photographed ⁄ filmed for promotional ⁄ PR purposes, all images remain the property of Toys "R" Us and Nickelodeon.

    4. The winner is allowed 1 helper. If the winner is disabled he or she may nominate a runner in his or her place.
12. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Toys "R" Us reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
13. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
