Holiday photos - who's that fat woman?

That's me, that is! I've just seen some holiday pics of myself and I look flabby and totally obese, I've never seen myself like that - broad and strong, yes, but fat and flabby no!!!
I urgently need to do something about it, the diet and food side of it I think I can deal with, but i need help with exercise and flab-busting. Oh god, the arms and the thunder-thighs and the spare tyres and Dawn French's boobs - save me from these. I want to put together a programme that I can maybe view as a list to tick off things as I successfully do them. I know myself well enough to know that this is the only way that will work for me. So I could really do with help with a progressive plan that will give good results.
I aim to walk as I already do that. I'm fairly fit and can walk up hills without getting too puffed out and can walk a long way. I'll carry on doing this but more regularly, further and faster. In the past I've done 20 paces running, 20 paces walking and that was good, I could keep it up for quite a while, but I bounce too much at the moment to run. I've seen lots of exercises on the net for all the flabby bits but no idea what would work or how to build a proper programme. Something like 3 of this, 5 of this, 10 of this, five times a day. That sort of thing.
I don't live anywhere near a gym or even a town, so swimming and classes are out, maybe a dvd would help though I always have problems with those as I have such low ceilings!
Help please!!

In this months zest magazine there is a 30 minute programme that says will change your shape quickly even if you don't change your diet. It is a mixture of toning moves and cardio that is alternated. Might be worth a look.If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Sounds great, thank you. Is that in the August issue?0

It is the September issue with a girl in a red bikini and white cardy on. lose 10lbs in a month without changing your diet is the claim!
It is a 4 week plan involving exercising for 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. It gives you 8 moves that don't need any special equipment and this is alternated with cardio - looks easy enough and the magazine costs £3.40. There isn't a zest website that gives you any magazine content but might be worth investing in for some inspiration. Good luckIf you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
