Property Income Plan and Equity Release

            Interesting. We've gone from this:
 To this:
So where is the risk coming from?
And going from your user name, I assume you are related to the blueshell group, in which case I'm pretty certain you shouldn't be using your company name as part of your user id without approval from the website first.
You misunderstand. I am looking for the risk. The minimal risk identified so far is the repayment of three months income. I am looking for the sting in the tail, or indeed if there is indeed one.
Blueshell is an e-commerce company, and does not have anything to do with the plan I have been asked to promote.
Like I said before, I am not looking for clients, just want to discuss this on an open platform.
If it makes everyone feel easier, I will see if I can change my username.0

I don't understand it either - that example implies that you get 10K pa for 3 years, a total of 30K. In return you lose 200K if you wish to sell the house, or your estate does.
That doesn't sound a very good deal, no - or is the charge only temporary?
 The charge is temporary.
You dont lose the equity charge when you sell, as you would exit the plan, by giving three months notice.0

Not allowed to post with links, however if you lose the group in your posted URL, that would be me.
The website you are looking at isnt me.0

 Doesn't look particularly professional to me though;
Pity they don't also include proofreaders or spellcheckers, as apparently they offer "Retirment planning" and "Personal insurnace" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Our partners include Chartered Financial Advisers0

It's an off the shellf template that can be brought for around £50.00, and then they enter the text to suit. A bit concerned that they use the Blueshell name though.
Will use spell checker from now on!0

No, not yours - the other one, Blueshellgroup.0

            I was talking about theirs!
I would like to think that my one is miles better.0

Well, IMO, the font size is a bit small, especially with the colour choice of pale blue on mid blue.
It's tidy but not necessarily legible, in particular the text in the Latest Projects section of the front page which actually appears slightly blurred on my screen compared with the less bold fonts elsewhere on the page. Oh, what are "expert sevices"? :-p0
